  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Any damaged, altered, or customized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if they do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items on final sale or clearance.
  • Gift cards.
  • Customized products (including personalized racing outfits or jackets).

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Once we approve your request, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on where to send your items.
  3. Please ensure that your return is packaged securely to avoid any damage in transit.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order.

Exchanges

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@adhusports.store with photos of the defect or incorrect product. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
